About Toolbox Money
Toolbox Money offers digital educational resources for home-service business owners through toolboxmoneyco.com. Contact us at [email protected] with questions about the website, an order, or these terms.
Orders and digital delivery
The product description and checkout show what is included and the price before you pay. Booked Solid is a digital PDF; no physical book is shipped. After successful payment, you receive access through the confirmation page and an email sent to the address supplied at checkout. Check your spam or Updates folder if the email is missing. Contact support if you cannot access your purchase.
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and using a device and software capable of opening PDF files. Keep your receipt and download a copy for your records. We do not promise that a particular download URL will remain available indefinitely; contact support if your access link stops working.
Your license
Buying a resource grants you a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to download and use it for your own learning and within your own business. You may adapt the included worksheets or templates for your business's internal work. You may not resell, sublicense, publicly upload, distribute, or present the original resource as your own product without written permission. Toolbox Money and its licensors retain ownership of the underlying materials.
Educational information and results
The resources provide general educational information. They are not individualized legal, tax, accounting, financial, or professional advice. Use your judgment and consult a qualified professional when appropriate. Your results depend on your circumstances and how you apply the material. We do not guarantee revenue, profit, bookings, or any particular business outcome. Examples do not promise typical or future results.
Appropriate use
Do not use the website unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe another person's rights. You must have authority to make the purchase and use the payment method you provide.
Refunds and consumer rights
Our Refund Policy explains refund eligibility and how to request help. Nothing in these terms or the Refund Policy excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Third-party services and availability
The website uses third-party hosting, payment, email, and security services. Their separate terms or privacy notices may apply when you use their services. We work to keep ordering and delivery available, but interruptions can occur. Contact support if an interruption affects an order.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and show the updated effective date on this page. Updated terms apply prospectively; they do not remove rights or specific promises associated with an earlier purchase. Questions: [email protected].
